Internal Beta Notice

This pre-release Windows Agent is intended only for authorized SendSecure internal testing. The current beta installer is not yet code-signed. Windows may display an unknown-publisher or SmartScreen warning during installation. This is expected for this controlled beta release.

Provides the local Windows CNG cryptographic provider used for certificate enrollment, message signing, encryption-key management, and secure message decryption.

Installation workflow

Install, verify, and continue enrollment.

The SendSecure application will automatically look for the local agent after installation.

Download

Save the versioned installer to your Windows computer.

Run

Open the installer and acknowledge the expected beta publisher warning.

Return

Return to the SendSecure enrollment page after installation completes.

Check Again

Select Check Again if the agent is not detected automatically.

Enroll

Generate your Windows-protected certificate and complete enrollment.

Troubleshooting

Need help during the beta?

If the agent is not detected, confirm that installation completed and that the SendSecure Windows Agent is running before selecting Check Again.

For controlled beta support, include the Windows version, browser, screenshot, and the exact message displayed by SendSecure.
