How SendSecure handles website and messaging information.

This Privacy Policy explains how SendSecure Inc. (“SendSecure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through this informational website, contact forms, and the SendSecure SMS Program.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, organization, email address, telephone number, contact request, SMS consent selection, and other information you submit. We may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, date and time, referring page, and security logs.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose limited mobile information to service providers that process communications on our behalf, including telecommunications and messaging providers, solely as needed to operate, secure, and support the SendSecure SMS Program. Those providers are not authorized by us to use the information for their own marketing.

When you opt in, we may retain the mobile number, consent language and version, date and time, submission method, IP address, browser information, and related audit details. We retain consent records for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the program, meet legal and carrier requirements, and respond to compliance inquiries.

We may use hosting, email, security, analytics, database, and communications providers to operate the website and services. These providers may process information only to perform services for us and subject to applicable contractual or legal obligations.
